Herbert Hoover Baseball Team Splits Doubleheader Apr 11th, 2010, 7:33am   Herbert Hoover High School Baseball and Wayne split their doubleheader yesterday.  Class AA Number 4 Herbert Hoover split a doubleheader at Number 2 Wayne on Saturday April 10th, winning the first game 5-3 and losing the second 13-10.     Herbert Hoover's Jamie Hurd earned the win for the Huskies (9-2) in the first game and went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs.     Wayne posted five runs in the top of the seventh to pull out a win in the second game. Catcher Danny Cole went 3-for-4 with a double for the Pioneers (7-5) and Austin Mills and Tyler Adkins each added two hits and a double.   Did any of our members get to watch this   Hoover Baseball doubleheader in person?  What did you think of the game?  Any MVP's???         Share your thoughts with us and Let Your Voice BE HEARD.
